Meet Kayla - She came to me experiencing health issues due to her stressful work and home life. As a result of her high-stress levels, she had to get an invasive medical procedure. Through specialized breathing techniques, we were able to tap into her body's natural relaxation response, which helped her calm her nerves and regulate her blood pressure. She felt empowered and could then navigate her procedure with greater ease and peace of mind.

Meet Neena - Neena was planning not one, but two weddings while working in her dream job. I helped her create balance through a combination of personal training, yoga, breathwork, and self-care. I was there every step of the way, helping her go from burnout to blissful bride.
